With little or absolutely no budget for production, I created instructional “how to videos” for Volvo Car to help consumers and dealers understand specific features that were newly introduced or giving people a hard time. I relied heavily on shooting employee talent on location at Volvo HQ. Some of them involved into a series called “Discover Your Volvo” and “Accessorize Your Volvo” which would be released on Volvo’s YouTube channel monthly or sent using CRM.
